CAE Lab

  • 設置目的:

    本實驗室主要為提供電腦輔助設計製造、電腦整合製造系統及產業電子化與自動化相關技術之教學。

  • 常設開授課程:

    • 電腦輔助設計與製造實務(大二必修),二學分,4小時/週,人數:60人
    • 電腦整合製造(大三必修),三學分,3小時/週,人數:60人
    • 電腦輔助設計實務(大三選修),三學分,3小時/週,人數:60人
    • 企業資源規劃(大三選修),三學分,3小時/週,人數:60人
    • 物件導向程式設計(大二選修),三學分,3小時/週,人數:60人
    • 類比電路模擬設計(大三選修),三學分,3小時/週,人數:60人

實驗室介紹

本實驗室的功能:

  1. 機械產品設計製造的程式層面

可整合上游的力學與機構分析、產品開發的概念設計,中游的產品的原型設計與評估、製程規劃與模擬,下游的傳統切削加工與組裝產品檢測等,因此,本實驗室為電腦輔助工程設計的基本環節,乃是生產自動化整合的重要視窗。

  1. 電腦整合製造系統層面

提供學生對於自動化製造系統,結合產品生產管理與製造管理等相關知識課程,提供學生對於現代化製造系統之設計、分析、整合及規劃之實務,成為產業電子化之整合性人才。

教學計劃:

  1. 以實務案例教導學生建立產品實體模型,將模型作CAE分析,產生分析數據,以供繼續研發改良設計產品。
  2. 以協同教學及專題研討方式,使學生明瞭CAD/CAM/CAE於業界之需求。
  3. 透過產學合作計劃,使學生輿廠商作相互協調與訓練,增加其就業技能。
  4. 透過技能檢定之訓練,落實證照制度,培育學生實務操作之技能,提昇就業職場競爭力。

實驗室之未來規劃:

  1. 持續研究CAD/CAM系統,瞭解產業需求人才,培育產業所需學生。
  2. 輔導並鼓勵學生考取證照,使更加熟習CAD/CAM/CAE研發技術,提昇社會競爭力。
  3. 配合產業升級,加強產學合作功能,開設推廣教育課程,將設備充分利用,並提昇學生研發製程技術能力與層次。

實驗室進行之研究主要以工業應用為主,其研究方向包括:

  1. 電腦整合製造系統(CIM)
  2. 電腦輔助設計與製造於模具設計之應用
  3. 全球運籌架構下之整合製造程式規劃
  4. 供應鏈體系下之協同設計與協同製造

Introduction Of Laboratory

Functions Of This Laboratory:

  1. The Procedural Level Of Mechanical Product Design And Manufacturing

It can integrate upstream training courses like Mechanical And Mechanism Analysis, Conceptual Design Of Product Development, Prototype Design And Evaluation Of Midstream Products, Process Planning And Simulation, and downstream training courses like Traditional Cutting Processing, And Assembly Product Testing, etc. Therefore, this laboratory is the basic of computer-aided engineering design and an important contact for the integration of production automation.

  1. The Lever Of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System

Provide students with relevant knowledge courses on automated manufacturing systems, combined with product production management and manufacturing management, and provide students with the design, analysis, integration, and planning of modern manufacturing systems, and become integrated talents in e-Industry.

Teaching Plans:

  1. Use practical cases to teach students to build physical product models, use the models for CAE analysis, and generate analysis data for continued research and development of improved design products.
  2. Using collaborative teaching and special topics to make students understand the needs of CAD/CAM/CAE in the industry.
  3. Through the industry-university cooperation plan, students and manufacturers can coordinate and train each other to increase their employment skills.
  4. Through the training of skills certification, implement the certification system, cultivate students’ practical skills, and enhance the competitiveness of employment and workplace.

Future Planning Of The Laboratory:

  1. Continue research the CAD/CAM system, understand the talents needed by the industry, and cultivate the students needed by the industry.
  2. Counsel and encourage students to obtain certificates and licenses, so as to become more familiar with CAD/CAM/CAE R&D technology and enhance social competitiveness.
  3. Cooperate with industrial upgrading, strengthen the function of industry-university cooperation, set up promotion education courses, make full use of equipment, and enhance students’ R&D process technology ability and level.

The research conducted in the laboratory is mainly based on industrial applications, and its research directions include:

  1. Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIM)
  2. Application of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing in Mold Design
  3. Integrated manufacturing process planning under the Global Logistics Positioning Framework
  4. Collaborative design and collaborative manufacturing under the Supply Chain System
